IRIS
IRIS Iris painted with kind of a new/old look. It looks trendy because it is so large, 36"x48". The style of the flower is reminiscent of old botanical prints. My aunt had flower botanical prints hanging in her formal living room. I gazed at them often. Golden acrylics on gallery wrapped canvas. Colors are buttercream and iris blue. Completed May 2008.
